Description

When we sit all day, we tend to create tensions in our body with inappropriate posture & lack of movement. The purpose of active breaks is to provide easy and short exercises to practice when you need to boost the energy level and attention of the group.

These exercises are designed for the workplace.

Type of exercises: joint mobilization, muscle stretching, deep breathing, core training, blood flow activation.

Pricing

*A 20% discount will be applied to programs that run over several modules.

Practical informations

Program Director will receive a link at the start of the program, enabling the group of participants to follow all the exercises. The login is personal and non-transferable. In the event of non-use of the Active Breaks program, the full membership fee is due. Videos can be viewed an unlimited number of times during the chosen period and cannot be saved or downloaded. The final invoice will be based on the duration and the number of participants of each program.

Equipment needed for the sessions :

  • Spacious room with space between chairs
  • Sturdy tables + chairs without castors or armrests
  • Beamer / screen
